1. Introduction
Welcome to OneMoment (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
OneMoment is a personal photo journaling application designed to help you capture, organize, and revisit meaningful moments, one photo at a time.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the OneMoment mobile application (the “App”).
By using OneMoment, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Dates associated with your photo journal entries.
- Captions, notes, and other information you voluntarily add.
Your photos remain yours.
By default, OneMoment is designed to store your journal photos locally on your device.
We do not upload your photos to our servers unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires uploading, such as cloud backup or synchronization, if available.

Your personal photo journal is stored locally on your device by default.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App.
However, no electronic storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are encouraged to protect your device using available security features, such as a passcode or biometric authentication.
If cloud-based functionality is introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how information is transmitted, stored, and protected.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
OneMoment may rely on third-party service providers to support functionality such as:
- In-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Application analytics.
- Crash reporting.
- Platform services provided by Apple and Google.
These providers may process limited information according to their respective privacy policies and applicable agreements.
We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the App and its users.
7. Notifications and Reminders
OneMoment provides optional reminders to help you maintain your daily photo journal.
Notifications may be scheduled and delivered locally through your device's operating system.
You can disable or modify notification preferences through the App, where supported, or through your device settings.
We do not use reminder notifications to access or transmit your personal photos.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored photos and journal information remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App, subject to your device's storage and backup behavior.
You may delete individual journal entries through available App features.
Uninstalling OneMoment generally removes its locally stored application data, although copies may remain in your device's photo library or operating system backups.
If you contact us for support, we may retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and meet applicable legal obligations.
If cloud storage or account functionality becomes available, additional retention and deletion procedures will be described in an updated Privacy Policy.
